Delivery Performance Reviews

Delivery Performance Reviews (DPRs) are used to communicate the delivery issues. The DPRs are created and published by the customer. A DPR assigns demerits for early or late shipments, excess or deficit of the quantities, and other delivery issues based on the customer-defined reason codes. The demerit system evaluates the supplier performance based on the severity of issues, and not just the number of issues.

You can respond to the DPR with the corrective action to correct the delivery problem. The customer may require you to complete and attach a DPR Corrective Action Form. The status of the DPR is changed based on the response required by the customer. A DPR can have these status tabs:

  • Open: If the customer requires you to send the corrective action, the status of the DPR is set to Open.
    Note:
    • The status of the DPR is changed to Closed only if the corrective action is approved by the customer.
    • You can modify the claim amount associated with the DPR only if the status of the DPR is set to Open.
  • Closed: If a corrective action is not required, the status of the DPR is set to Closed when published.

DPRs can be included in metric category for performance evaluation based on the customer configuration.

The DPR functionality is fully integrated with the application. You can configure the DPR alerts on the Alert Configuration page to receive the notifications. You can also select the DPR events, on the EMC Configuration page, that must be displayed on the Event Management Console.
