Delivery Performance Reviews
Use the DPR Management page to view and modify the Delivery Performance Reviews (DPRs). The DPR details such as DPR ID, received date and response due date are displayed. The DPRs are classified based on the status and are displayed on these tabs:
- Open DPRs
- Closed DPRs
The information is displayed based on the search criteria specified on the View DPRs Search Criteria page.
Review this information:
| Field Name | Field Description |
|---|---|
| DPR ID | The code of the DPR. |
| Facility | The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised. |
| Ship To | The location to which the parts are shipped. |
| Part | The customer defined code of the part. |
| Received Date | The date on which the part for which the DPR is published, is delivered. |
| Response Due Date | The date by which the corrective action plan for the DPR must be published. |
| State | The status of the tasks associated with the DPR indicated based on the color codes displayed in the Legend section. |
You can also use this page to:
- Send the response to the
DPR using the
option. The
Delivery Performance Review page is displayed.
Note: You can modify only the DPRs with the status, Open.
- View the DPR details using the option. The Delivery Performance Review detail page is displayed.
