Accepting customer documents

Use this page to accept the documents published by the customer. A supplier can view or accept the documents based on the response type set by the customer.

  1. Select Document Management > Maintain Documents. The Documents Search Criteria page is displayed.
  2. Select the Document Source as Customer.
  3. Specify the search criteria.
  4. Click Submit. The Documents page is displayed.
  5. Click Accept in the Response Type field for the required document. The Customer Document Acceptance page is displayed.
  6. Specify the Version number of the document.
  7. Click Accept Version. The name of the supplier user who accepts the document is displayed in the Accepted By field.
    Note: Click View corresponding to a document name to download the document.
