PPAPs Ready to be published
Use this page to view the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) report that is yet to be published. The PPAP data such as PPAP ID, date, facility, ship to, and part, is displayed.
To view this page, click the PPAPs Ready to Be Published tile on the Problem Reporting tab that is displayed on the Event Management Console page.
Review this information:
| Field Name | Field Description |
|---|---|
| Production Part Approval Process ID | The code of the PPAP report. |
| Facility | The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised. |
| Ship To | The location at which the parts are received. |
| Supplier | The name of the supplier to whom the PPAP is sent. |
| Part | The code of the part. |
| Date | The date on which the PPAP is created. |
You can modify the PPAP details using the option corresponding to the PPAP. The Production Part Approval Process page is displayed.
