Managing the Surveys Approval Workbench

Use this page to manage the surveys that are received for evaluation.

To access this page, Supplier Onboarding > Onboarding Applications > Survey Approval Workbench.

The Surveys are displayed for evaluation in the Surveys for Evaluation section based on these Search Criteria:
Field Name Field Description
Survey Type The type of the survey associated with the Onboarding process.
Survey Name The name of the survey.
Submitted by The type of user who submits the application. Possible values:
  • Supplier
  • Vendor
  • Both
Business Type The type of business (owned by the vendor or supplier) for which the survey is created.
Category The category of the item for which the survey is evaluated.
Site Type The type of location such as warehouse or purchase office, for which the survey is evaluated.
Submitted From/To The range of dates for the search criteria. The surveys within this date range are displayed for evaluation.
Phase The phase of the onboarding application. Possible values:
  • One Step: The supplier submits all the details in a single application form.
  • Qualification: The supplier submits basic details in the qualification phase.
  • Selection: The supplier enters the selection phase only after the basic details are approved by the customer in the qualification phase. In this phase, supplier submits details such as banking information, sites, certificates, agreements and surveys.
You can perform this action on this page:
  • Click Evaluate to evaluate a specific survey on the Survey Evaluation page that is displayed.
Note: You can search for an appropriate survey for evaluation, using the Search option.
