Defining the Metrics Components

Use this page to select the categories, tests, and ratings that are used to generate metrics for evaluating the supplier performance.

  1. Select Supplier Performance > Define Metrics Components.
  2. In the Default Ratings section:
    1. Select the Implemented check box corresponding to the rating.
    2. Click Apply Defaults to use the selected ratings to determine the supplier rating for each category and associated test and the overall rating.
  3. In the Overall Ratings section, select the check box corresponding to the rating that must be used to determine the overall rating for the supplier.
  4. In the Categories section:
    1. Select the Implemented check box corresponding to the category that must be used to evaluate the supplier performance.
    2. Click on the category to select the ratings that must be used to determine the overall category rating for the supplier.
    3. Select the tests associated with the category that must be used to evaluate the supplier performance.
    4. Click on the test to select the ratings that must be used to determine the supplier rating for the test.
  5. Click Submit.
  6. Click Add Custom Test to define a new test and the related ratings that must be used to determine the rating for the supplier.
  7. Specify the name of the category or test.
  8. Click Submit.
