Defining the search criteria for packaging templates

Use the Packaging Maintenance page to specify search criteria for the packaging templates that are displayed in the List of Packages section.

  1. Select Setup > Master Data > Packaging Maintenance.
  2. Specify this information:
    Facility
    The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised.
    Ship To
    The location at which the parts are received.
    Template Code
    The code of the packaging template.
    Customer Part
    The code of the part.
  3. Click Search. The List of Packages section is displayed.
  4. Click Add, to create the packaging template. The Packaging Information page is displayed.
  5. Click Edit corresponding to the template, to modify the packaging template information.
  6. Select the check box corresponding to the packaging template and click Copy to copy the packaging template.
  7. Select the check box corresponding to the packaging template and click Delete to delete the packaging template.
