Assigning reason codes to Delivery Performance Review events

Use this page to assign the reason codes to the Delivery Performance Review (DPR) related events.

  1. Select Setup > Customer Profiles.
  2. Click Add or Edit corresponding to the customer profile. The Customer Profile page is displayed.
  3. Click Edit Reason Codes in the Problem Reporting section. The Reason Codes page is displayed.
    The Edit Reason Codes option is displayed only if the DPR Auto Generation is set to All Suppliers or Selected Suppliers.
  4. Assign the reason for the event. The reason codes are available based on list of codes maintained on the Reason Code page, which can be accessed from the Delivery Performance menu.
  5. Click Save. The Customer Profile page is displayed.
  6. Click Save.
