Defining the search criteria for RFQ management

Use the RFQ Management Search Criteria page to specify the search criteria for the RFQs that are displayed on the RFQ Management page.

  1. Select RFQ > RFQ Management. The RFQ Management Search Criteria
  2. Specify this information:
    Facility
    The name of the location from where the RFQ is sent.
    Auction Type
    The type of bidding associated with the RFQ. Possible values: page is displayed.
    • Traditional: The RFQs for which the Auction Type is set to Traditional are displayed on the RFQ Management page.
    • Reverse: The RFQs for which the Auction Type is set to Reverse are displayed on the RFQ Management page.
    • Sealed: The RFQs for which the Auction Type is set to Sealed are displayed on the RFQ Management page.
    Status
    The status of the RFQ. Possible values:
    • Canceled page is : The RFQs that are canceled by the customer are displayed on the RFQ Management page.
    • Published: The RFQs are published to the supplier are displayed on the RFQ Management page.
    • Saved: The RFQs that are yet to be published are displayed on the RFQ Management page.
    RFQ
    The code of the RFQ.
    Buyer
    The name of the user who creates the RFQ.
    Create Date (yyyy-MM-dd)
    The date range for the search criteria. The RFQs created in this period are displayed on the RFQ Management page.
    Expiry Date (yyyy-MM-dd)
    The date range for the search criteria. The RFQs for which the expiry date is within this specified period are displayed on the RFQ Management page.
    Exclude Cancelled and Expired RFQ
    Select this check box to exclude the RFQs that are canceled and expired.
  3. Click Continue.
    Note: The canceled and expired RFQs are highlighted in red color.
