Configuring the Event Management console

  1. Select Preferences > Configure EMC.
  2. Click the tab for the category for which you want to define events.
  3. To have events display as standard items in the category list, select the Show check box.
  4. To have events display as priority items, select the Priority check box.
  5. To edit an event using product groups and tolerances, to the left of the event, click Edit.
  6. Select the product groups for which the event is to display.
  7. Optionally, specify the tolerance for under, over, early, or late shipment events and the requirements exceed net change release event.
  8. Click Save.
  9. To position the categories, in the Positioning section, select the order in which the categories display.
  10. After selecting the events to be displayed on the EMC and positioning the categories, click Submit.
