Discrepancy Reason Codes
Use this page to add, modify and delete the discrepancy reason codes.
The reason codes displayed are based on the search criteria specified in the Discrepancy Reasons Search Criteria page.
Review this information in the Code List section:
| Field Name | Field Description |

| Code | The discrepancy reason code. |
| Reason | The description of the reason code that indicates the reason for the discrepancy. |
You can also use this page to:
- Add a discrepancy reason code using the option. The Reason Codes (Add or Edit Code) page is displayed.
- Modify an existing reason code using the option. The Reason Codes (Add or Edit Code) page is displayed.
- Delete a reason code. Select the check box corresponding to the reason code and click .
