Managing the onboarding invitations

Use this page to view and manage the onboarding invitations.

To access this page, select Supplier Onboarding > Onboarding Applications > Invitations.

The invitations are displayed in the Invitations section based on these Search Criteria:

Field Name Field Description
Type The type of applicant. Possible values:
  • New (Buyer)
  • New (Public)
  • Existing (Buyer)
Status The status of the invitation sent to the vendor or the supplier. Possible values:
  • Sent: The invitations sent to the vendor or supplier, are displayed.
  • Declined: The invitations that have been declined by the vendor or supplier, are displayed.
  • Accepted: The invitations that have been accepted, are displayed.
  • Not Sent: The invitations that are yet to be sent to the vendor or supplier, are displayed.
Invitation Sent Type The applicant type to whom the application is sent. Possible values:
  • Buyer sent
  • Public
Invite Date The date range for which the invitations are displayed.
Note: The Application ID, Company and Phase values are defaulted based on the specified search criteria.
You can perform these actions on this page:
  • Click Add to create a new invitation on the Invitations page that is displayed.
  • Click Edit/View to modify or review the details of a selected invitation on the Invitation Details page that is displayed.
  • Click Reminder to send a reminder email to the customer who is yet to accept the invitation.
