Inventory Levels

Use this page to view the inventory and the shipment details related to the part such as adjustment quantity, projected quantity, and shipper number.

Review this information in the Inventory Summary section for the part selected in the Inventory Projection Console page:

Field Name Field Description
Facility The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised.
Ship To The location at which the parts are received.
Part The code of the part.
PO Number The purchase order (PO) number associated with the requirements.
Total ASN Quantity The total quantity of the Part in-transit. This information is specified on the Advance Ship Notices (ASNs).
No. of ASNs The number of Advance Ship Notices (ASNs) related to the Part.
Shortage Date The date on which the quantity of the Part in the inventory is estimated to reach the quantity specified in the Safety Stock field.
Stoppage Date The date on which the inventory for the Part is estimated to be less than zero.

Review this information in the Inventory Transactions section:

Field Name Field Description
Type The type of transaction.
Supplier The name of the supplier responsible for supplying the part.
Shipper Number The code of the shipper.
BOL (Bill Of Lading) The code of the shipment. This code is issued by the carrier that transports the shipment.
Ship Date The shipping date of the Part.
Expected Arrival Date The date by which the shipment is expected to be received at the Ship To location.
Adjustment Quantity The quantity of the Part updated in the inventory.
Note: 
  • The negative number indicates the quantity of the Part used.
  • The positive number indicates the quantity of the Part received.
Projected Quantity The estimated quantity of the Part.
