Defining Export Schedule

Use this page to set the schedule for publishing the requirement documents to the supplier or the supplier group.

  1. Select Communications > Export Scheduler > Create Export Schedule.
  2. Specify this information:
    Supplier
    The name of the supplier.
    Supplier Group
    The supplier group related to the suppliers.
    Document
    The type of document. Possible values:
    • Material Release
    • Ship Schedule
    Time
    The time at which the schedule is set to run.
    Frequency
    The time interval at which the documents are published. Possible values:
    • Daily: If this option is selected, the export schedule is created every day.
    • By day of week: If this option is selected, the schedule is created on a specified day for every week.
    • Monthly By Day: If this option is selected, the schedule is created on a specified day of the selected week for every month.
    • Monthly By Date: If this option is selected, the schedule is created on a specified date for every month.
  3. Click Save. The Export Schedule List page is displayed.
