RFQ Excel Integration

RFQ Excel Integration allows to export and import the RFQ lines for the suppliers who do not have access to the application or have enormous information to be uploaded.

When the RFQ lines are exported to an excel sheet by the customer, the Excel sheet is automatically sent to the registered/specified email address of the supplier who can specify the RFQ data in the sheet and email the sheet to the customer for import.

During the Import process, the bid data is validated. The error messages are generated for the RFQ lines that fail the validation process. For example, if the unit price is not specified for an RFQ line in the exported Excel, an error message is generated. The supplier can refer to the error messages sent by the customer to rectify the erroneous data in the excel sheet. After the errors are rectified, the customer uploads the sheet to the application.

Note:  The landed cost details are exported only if the 'Allow Landed Cost Entry' checkbox is selected on the Customer Profiles page.
