Evaluating the Survey

Use this page to evaluate and assess the survey result. The data is defaulted based on the survey selected for evaluation, on the Survey Evaluation page.

  1. Select Supplier Onboarding > Onboarding Applications > Survey Approval Workbench. The Survey Approval Workbench page is displayed.
  2. Click the Evaluate option corresponding to the Survey Name in the Surveys For Evaluation section. The Survey Evaluation page is displayed.
  3. Click Evaluate. The Survey Evaluation page is displayed.
  4. Review the basic information such as the survey name, the submission date and the name of the vendor or supplier.
  5. Review this survey response data in the Summary section:
    Total
    The total number of survey questions.
    Responded
    The number of questions for which the response is received from the supplier or vendor.
    Not Responded
    The number of questions for which the response is not received.
  6. Review this data in the Evaluation Summary section:
    Critical
    The number of critical responses that are rejected.
    Major
    The number of major responses that are rejected.
    Minor
    The number of minor responses that are rejected.
    Accepted
    The number of responses accepted by the evaluator.
    Pending
    The number of responses for which the evaluation is pending.
    Rejected
    The number of responses that are rejected.
  7. Select the survey Assessment result. Possible values:
    • Pending
    • Accepted
    • Rejected
    Note: 
    • You can only submit the survey evaluation after all the responses are evaluated.
    • You can specify a comment related to the survey in the Comments field.
  8. Click Submit. A notification is sent to the supplier regarding the approval or rejection of the survey.
