Release events

This section provides information about the events related to the Releases.

Event Name	Event Description
Releases Past Due	The number of releases, for which the current date has exceeded the due date and the corresponding Advance Ship Notice (ASN) is not received is displayed.
Releases Due Today	The number of releases for which the current date has exceeded the due date and the corresponding ASN is not received is displayed.
Due Within 7 Days	The number of releases for which the due date is in the next seven days and the corresponding ASN is not received is displayed.
Emergency Requirements	The number of the releases for a part that is required immediately, is displayed.
Open Premium Freight Authorizations	The number of the Premium Freight Authorizations (PFAs) for which the ASN is not received, is displayed.
Exceeded Net Change	The number of releases for which the requirements in the current schedule exceed the net change tolerance, is displayed.
SMI Parts Over Maximum Quantity	The number of the Supplier Managed Inventory (SMI) parts for which the inventory level exceeds the maximum quantity permitted, is displayed.
SMI Parts Under Minimum Quantity	The number of the Supplier Managed Inventory (SMI) parts, for which the inventory level is less than the minimum quantity permitted, is displayed.
Release Unviewed	The number of releases that are published but not viewed by the supplier, is displayed.
