Defining the search criteria for SMI Part Usage

Use the View SMI Part Usage page to specify the search criteria for the supplier managed inventory (SMI) part usage details to be displayed on the Part Usage page.

  1. Select Demand > Supplier Managed Inventory > Part Usage.
  2. Specify this information:
    Supplier
    The name of the supplier responsible for managing the part inventory.
    Facility
    The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised.
    Ship To
    The location at which the parts are received.
    Part
    The code of the part.
    Inventory Status
    The status of the inventory. This value indicates the on-hand quantity compared to the maximum and minimum quantity permissible for the part. Possible values:
    • Under
    • Over
    • Out Of Range
    Type
    The type of the part. Possible values:
    • Production
    • Service
    Status
    The status of the part. Possible values:
    • Consignment
    • Build out
    • None
  3. Click Continue. The Part Usage page is displayed.
