Defining or modifying a part group

Use this page to define or modify a part group for the parts. You can define or modify the tolerances for the Proposed Purchase Order (PPO) auto accept and shipment blocking.

Note:
  • The PPO auto accept and the shipment blocking tolerances defined for the part group are considered as the precedence over the tolerances defined on the Customer Profiles page.
  • Both the lower and upper tolerances must be defined for the date, price and quantity fields. The price tolerance can be defined only for the PPO auto accept.
  • If the tolerance (lower or upper) is specified as zero, the modifications to the date, price and quantity for the PPO or shipment is not permitted.
