Defining the search criteria for Releases

Use the Releases page to specify the search criteria for the releases that are displayed on the Releases page.
  1. Select Demand > Schedules.
  2. Specify this information:
    Facility
    The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised.
    Ship To
    The location at which the parts are received.
    Ship From
    The location from where the parts are received.
    Customer Part
    The option to determine the part data that can be specified. Possible values:
    • List Parts: If this option is selected, the Customer Part field is displayed and you can select the code of the part.
    • Select Parts: If this option is selected, you can specify the range of the parts for which the releases are displayed.
    Part Start
    The number or code of the part from which the parts must be included in the Part List field. This field is visible only if Select Parts is selected in the Customer Part field.
    Part End
    The number or code of the part up to which parts must be included in the Part List field. This field is visible only if Select Parts is selected in the Customer Part field.
    Part List
    The code of the part. This value is defaulted from the Part Number field on the Part Information page.
    Published Since
    The date after which the demands that are published must be displayed.
    Document Type
    The type of the document used to publish the requirements. Possible values:
    • eKanban Signal
    • Material Release
    • Shipping Schedule
    Requirement Type
    The type of requirement. Possible values:
    • Firm
    • Planning
    • Immediate
    • Backlog
    Status
    The status of the release. Possible values:
    • Open
    • Fulfilled
    Net Change
    If this check box is selected, the Show field is enabled where you can specify the percentage by which the requirement varies. The releases with the specified variation in requirement are displayed.
    Show Part List
    If this check box is selected, the Parts List section is displayed in the Releases page. This section displays the list of parts for which the requirement is published. You can classify the information by supplier or ship to.
    List Obsolete Parts
    If this check box is selected, the demand for obsolete parts is displayed in the Releases page.
  3. Click Continue.
