Defining the search criteria for Production Part Approvals

Use the Manage Production Part Approvals page to specify the search criteria for the Production Part Approvals that are displayed on the Manage Production Part Approvals list page.

  1. Select PPAP > Manage PPAPs.
  2. Specify this information:
    Supplier
    The name of the supplier responsible for supplying the part.
    Facility
    The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised.
    Ship To
    The location at which the parts are received.
    Part
    The code of the part.
    Starting Issue Date
    The date from which the published PPAPs are displayed.
    Ending Issue Date
    The date from which the published PPAPs are displayed.
    Decision
    The rating for the part tested. Possible values:
    • Full Approval: The part complies with all the specifications required.
    • Provisional Approval: The part must be modified.
    • Rejected: The part does not meet the required specifications.
    Status
    The status of the PPAP. Possible values:
    • Open
    • Published
  3. Click Continue. The Manage Production Part Approvals list page is displayed.
