Configuring Email Templates

Use this page to configure the template for the emails that are sent to the vendor or supplier. A notification is sent to the supplier for all the actions that are performed as part of the Onboarding process, from submission of the application to the approval.

  1. Select Supplier Onboarding > Onboarding Setup.The Onboarding Setup page is displayed.
  2. Click Manage Email Templates in the Onboarding Wizard Settings section. The Manage Email Templates page is displayed.
  3. Select the template for each action performed on the application.
    Note: You can edit the template using the Edit option.
  4. Click Save.
    Note: You can use the Add Template option on this page to create an email template. See Creating an email template.
