Supplier Onboarding Alerts

This section provides information about the alerts related to the Supplier Onboarding functionality.

  • Company Information supplier record is updated: A notification is sent when customer information is updated by the supplier.
  • Contacts supplier record is Created/Updated: A notification is sent when contact information is updated by the supplier.
  • Invitation is sent: A notification is sent or resent when a new invitation is created.
  • Vendor has joined the network with self-service: A notification is sent when the vendor joins the network with self-service.
  • Invitation recipient declined the invite: A notification is sent when supplier declines the supplier onboarding invitation.
  • Invitation recipient-initiated onboarding: A notification is sent when supplier starts the onboarding process.
  • Banking Information is Created/Updated: A notification is sent when the banking information is created or updated by the supplier.
  • Added/Updated a vendor site: A notification is sent when the vendor site is updated or added.
  • Certificates Expired: A notification is sent when a certificate expires.
  • Certificates Expiring: A notification is sent before the certificate is yet expires within a period configured by the supplier and customer.
  • Agreement Expired: A notification is sent when the agreement expires.
  • Agreement Expires: A notification is sent before the certificate expires within a period configured by the supplier and customer.
