Consumed Signals

Use the Consumed Signals page to view the details of the Kanban signal with the status, Consumed. You can also view the part details.

The information is displayed based on the part selected in the Kanban Console Part List page.

Review this information in the Part Detail section:

Field Name Field Description
Facility The name of the location from where the request for the parts is raised.
Ship To The location at which the parts are received.
Supplier The name of the supplier responsible for supplying the part.
Part Number The code of the part.

You must specify the Consumed Start Date, Consumed End Date and select Signal Status in the Signal Search Criteria section, to view the Kanban signal details.

Review this information in the Pull Signal Detail section:

Field Name Field Description
Signal Number The Kanban signal number.
Status The status of the Kanban signal.
Received Quantity The quantity of the part received.
Consumed Date The date when the status of the Kanban signal is set to Consumed.
Signal Amount The number of Kanban signals that can be set to status, In-House.
Note: This field is displayed only if the Signal Type is set to Fifo on the Customer Profiles page. If the Signal Type is set to Unique, you can select the check box corresponding to the Kanban signal in the Pull Signal Detail section and click Un-Consume.
