In-Transit Signals

Use the In-Transit page to view the details of the Kanban signals with the status, In- Transit Signals. You can also view the information related to the part linked to the Kanban signal.

The information is displayed based on the part selected in the Kanban Console Part List page.

Review this information in the Part Detail section:

Field Name Field Description
Facility The name of the location from where the request for the parts is raised.
Ship To The location at which the parts are received.
Supplier The name of the supplier responsible for supplying the part.
Part Number The code of the part.
Available Pull Signals The number of Kanban signals with the status, In-Transit.
Number Of Signals To Receive The number of Kanban signals that can be set to the status, In-House.
Note:  This field is displayed only if the Signal Type is set to Fifo on the Customer Profiles page. If the Signal Type is set to Unique, you can select the check box corresponding to the Kanban signal in the Pull Signal Detail section and click Receive.

Field Name Field Description
Signal Number The Kanban signal number.
Ship From The name of the location from where the parts are shipped.
Purchase Order Number The purchase order (PO) number associated with the requirements.
Shipper Number The code of the shipper.
Bill of Lading Number The code of the shipment provided by the carrier that transports the shipment.
Shipped Quantity The quantity of the shipped part.
Shipment Date The date on which the shipper is published.
