Defining the search criteria for Discrete PO Lines

Use this page to define the search criteria for the Discrete PO lines to be displayed on the Purchase Order List page.

To define the search criteria for DPO line items:

  1. Select Demand > Discrete POs Line View.
  2. Specify this information:
    Supplier
    The name of the supplier responsible for supplying the part.
    Facility
    The name of the facility from where the demand for the parts is raised.
    Ship To
    The location to which the parts are shipped.
    Note: You must select the DropShipTo value in this field in case the shipment is delivered at an address other than the specified customer Ship To addresses.
    Part Group
    The part group to which the parts are linked.
    Customer Part
    The customer defined code of the part.
    Click Load Parts corresponding to this field to populate the parts defined by the customer.
    Item type
    The type of item. Possible values:
    • Only Cost Item
    • Exclude Cost Item
    PO Status
    The status of the PO. Possible values:
    • Open & Pending
    • Pending
    • Open
    • Rejected
    • Cancelled
    • Closed
    PO Date
    The date range for the search criteria. The DPOs created in this specified period are displayed.
    Required Date
    The date range for the search criteria. The DPOs for which the required date for the line items is in this specified period are displayed.
    Only include PO having one or more priority lines
    Select this check box to review the PO line or schedule line items for which priority is set.
    Only include PO having BackOrder
    Select this check box to review the PO line or schedule line items of type Backorder.
    Only include PO having Resupply
    Select this check box to review the PO line/schedule line items of type Resupply.
    Only include PO with Cost Item
    Select this check box to review the POs that are created for the cost items.
    PO Number
    The purchase order number associated with the requirements.
    Click Load PO to populate the DPOs associated with the requirements.
  3. Click Search. The Purchase Order List page is displayed.
