Adding or modifying Shipment Managers

Use this page to add or modify the shipment managers. The shipment managers specialize in tracking shipments and provide status updates of the shipments.

To add or modify the shipment managers:

  1. Select Shipments > Global Track & Trace > Set Up Shipment Managers. The Shipment Managers List page is displayed.
  2. Click Add to add new shipment manager details. To modify an existing shipment manager, select the check box corresponding to the Name and click Edit. The Shipment Manager List page is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    Name
    The name of the shipment manager that tracks the shipments.
    Email
    The email address of the shipment manager.
    Phone
    The phone number to contact the shipment manager.
    Fax
    The fax number of the shipment manager.
    Host Profile
    The host system used to communicate with the shipment manager.
  4. Assign a Role to the shipment manager.
  5. Select the Facilities for which the shipment manager is responsible to monitor the shipments.
  6. Click Save. The Shipment Manager List page is displayed.
