RFQ Console

The Request For Quotation (RFQ) Console provides a summary of the responses received from the suppliers for the RFQs. You can evaluate the supplier responses for each RFQ and the associated lines.

An RFQ comprises of the primary and multiple alternate lines with optional Manufacturer Part Numbers (MPNs) associated. You can view the number of suppliers who sent the response, declined to send the response and yet to send the response corresponding to the RFQ line.

The number of queries related to the RFQ line submitted by the supplier is also displayed. The color codes in the Legend section signify the various statuses of the RFQ based on the expiry date. The statuses for the RFQ include:

  • Expired: Indicates that the current date has exceeded the response date for the RFQ.
  • Expires within n days: Indicates that the expiry date for the RFQ is within n days. You can specify the number of days prior to the expiry highlight in the Critical field of the RFQ Characteristics section on the Customer Profile page.
  • Expires within n+x days: Indicates that the expiry date for the RFQ is within n+x days. You can specify the number of days prior to the expiry highlight in the Warning field of the RFQ Characteristics section on the Customer Profile page.
