Suppliers Responded

Use this page to view the suppliers who have responded to the documents published.

The information is displayed for the document selected in the Customer Documents section of the Documents page.

Review this information in the Document Properties section:

Field Name	Field Description
Document Name	The name of the document.
Document Description	The description of the document.
Response Type	This value is defaulted from the Response Required field on the Buyer Document Create page.
Respond By Date	The date by when the response to the document must be sent.

Review this information in the Suppliers Responded section:

Field Name	Field Description
Supplier	The name of the supplier.
Document Description	The description of the document.
Responded By	The name of the user who responded to the document.
Responded On	The date and time when the response to the document is received.
Viewed By	The name of the user who viewed the document.
Viewed On	The date and time when the user viewed the document.
