Supply chain

The supply chain, the supplier performance scores and the ratings can be viewed in Supplier Exchange, after a metrics report is generated. These sections provide the details of the supplier performance:

• The Supply Chain table provides information about the selected metrics report. The default view is All Categories, but the Change View option, can be used to select a different view. The category's page is displayed based on the selected category
• The Rating table displays the overall rating. If All Categories is selected, the rating is displayed for the complete supply chain. If a specific category is selected, the rating is displayed for the complete supply chain in that category only.
• The Performance Summary provides a graphical representation of a supplier's performance. If All Categories is selected, the graphs display the overall scores of the supplier. If a specific category is selected, the graphs represent the scores in that category only.

  From the graphs, a customer can drill down to view the categories for the suppliers. The Supplier List page is displayed with the list of suppliers in the group, represented by the selected shaded area on the graph. From this page, a customer can further drill down to view more information about the suppliers.

• The Report Card is displayed only if All Categories is selected. The scores and ratings are displayed for each category. From the report card, a customer can drill down to view the category details using the View option.
• The Details table displays the point scores and the ratings for each test for a specific category.
