Defining the search criteria for SMI Part Usage

Use this page to specify the search criteria for the supplier managed inventory (SMI) part usage details to be displayed on the Part Usage page.

To specify the search criteria:

  1. Select Demand > Supplier Manged Inventory > Part Usage. The View SMI Part Usage Search Criteria page is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Facility
    The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised.
    Ship To
    The location to which the parts are shipped.
    Part
    The customer defined code of the part.
    Inventory Status
    The status of the inventory. This value indicates the on-hand quantity compared to the maximum and minimum quantity that is permitted for the part. Possible values:
    • Under
    • Over
    • Out Of Range
    Type
    The type of the part. Possible values:
    • Production
    • Service
    Status
    The status of the part. Possible values:
    • Consignment
    • Build Out
    • None
  3. Click Continue. The Part Usage page is displayed.
