Defining the search criteria for Releases
Use the Release Search Criteria page to specify the search criteria for the releases (demand) that are displayed on the Releases page.
- Select Demand > Schedules. The Releases Search Criteria page is displayed.

Specify this information:
- Facility
- The name of the location from where the request for the parts is raised.
- Ship To
- The location to which the parts are shipped.
- Customer Part
- The options based on which you can specify the
customer part. Possible values:
- List Parts: You can select the code of the part in the Part List field.
- Select Parts: You can specify the range of parts in the Part Start and Part End fields that must be displayed in the Part List field.
Note:- All the parts are considered in the search criteria, if this field is set to Please Select an Option.
- This field is enabled only if the Supplier Part is not specified.
- Supplier Part
- The options based on which you can specify the
supplier part. Possible values:
- List Parts: You can select the code of the part in the Part List field.
- Select Parts: You can specify the range of parts in the Part Start and Part End fields that must be displayed in the Part List field.
Note:- All the parts are considered in the search criteria, if this field is set to Please Select an Option.
- This field is enabled only if the Customer Part is not specified.
- Part List
- The code of the part. The data that is displayed is based on the value in the Customer Part or Supplier Part fields.
- Part Start
- The code from which the parts must be included in the Part List field. This field is displayed only if the value in the Customer Part or Supplier Part field is specified as Select Parts.
- Part End
- The code of the part up to which the parts must be included in the Part List field. This field is displayed only if the value in the Customer Part or Supplier Part fields is specified as Select Parts.
- Published Since
- The date after which the demands that are published must be displayed.
- Document Type
- The type of
document used to publish the demand. Possible values:
- eKanban Signal
- Material Release
- Shipping Schedule
- Requirement Type
- The type of requirement. Possible values:
- Firm: The releases related to the parts that are to be scheduled and delivered, are displayed.
- Planning: Displays the parts that the customer may require in the near future.
- Immediate: Displays the parts that must be delivered immediately.
- Backlog: Select this option to display the parts, which the customer plans to finalize the requirement later.
- Status
- The status of the demand.
Possible values:
- Open
- Fulfilled
- Net Change
- If this check box is selected, the Show field is displayed where you can specify the percentage by which the demand varies. The releases for which the Net Change is in the specified percentage, are displayed.
- Show Part List
- If this check box is selected, the Parts List section is displayed on the Releases page.
- List Obsolete Parts
- If this check box is selected, the demand for an obsolete part is displayed on the Releases page.
- Click Continue. The Releases page is displayed.
