RFQ Excel Import

Use this page to import the Excel file and check the error messages.

To import an RFQ excel file:

  1. Select RFQ > RFQ Import.
  2. Select the I have read the Terms & Conditions and abide checkbox.
  3. Click Browse to select the file you want to import.
  4. Click Import.
    During the import process, the bid data is validated. The error messages are generated for the RFQ lines that fail the validation process. The supplier can refer to these error messages to rectify the data in the excel sheet. The sheet is imported after all the errors are rectified. The published RFQs can be viewed on the RFQ Console page.
    Note: 
    • The application displays the number of RFQs for which validation is successful, in the Import Result section.
    • The number of RFQs for which the validation fails is displayed, in the Import Result section.
