Resending an Advance Shipment Notice

Use ASNs page to resend the Advance Ship Notice (ASN) to the customer.

  1. Select Shipments > View ASNs. The ASN Search Criteria page is displayed.
  2. Specify the search criteria.
  3. Click Continue. The ASN History page is displayed.
  4. Click Resend corresponding to the ASN number. The ASN resend page is displayed.
  5. Review this information:
    Facility
    The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised.
    Ship To
    The location to which the parts are shipped.
    Delivery To
    The name of the location to which the parts are delivered.
    Ship From
    The location from where the parts are shipped.
    Shipper
    The code of the shipper. You can click the shipper number to view the details of the ASN linked to the shipper.
    ASN
    The ASN number of the published or republished shipper.
    Ship Date
    The date and time at which the shipper is created.
  6. Click Resend.
