Parts Per Million

The Parts Per Million (PPM) functionality generates a report about the defective parts received by the customer.

PPM can be included in the metric category for performance evaluation, based on the customer configuration.

The PPM calculation is:

PPM = defects ÷ parts received × 1,000,000
