Defect History
Use this page to view the details of the defective parts based on the
parts per million data published by the customer. The information such as the
part number, defect quantity and the reason is displayed.
Note: You can also access this page from the
Parts Per Million Summary page.
The information is displayed based on the search criteria specified in the Defect History Search Criteria page.
Review this information in the Parts List section:

| Part Number | The customer-defined code of the part. |
| Supplier Part Number | The code of the part. |
| Facility | The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised. |
| Ship To | The location to which the parts are shipped. |
| Date | The date on which the defective part is identified. |
| Defect Quantity | The quantity of the part specified as defective by the customer. |
| Defect | The code that indicates the type of defect. |
| Reason | The description of the reason for the defect. |
| Notes | The additional information related to the defective part. |
