Defining the search criteria for Production Part Approval Process
Use the View Production Part Approvals page to define the search criteria to view the list of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) published by the customer.
- Select PPAP > View PPAPs.

Specify this information:
- Facility
- The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised.
- Ship To
- The location to which the parts are shipped.
- Part
- The part for which the report is published.
- Starting Decision Date
- The date from which the published PPAPs are displayed.
- Ending Decision Date
- The date up to which the published PPAPs are displayed.
- Decision
- The decision regarding the part meeting the customer
requirements. Possible values:
- Full Approval: The part meets all the customer requirements.
- Provisional Approval: The part is tentatively approved and modifications must be made to the part.
- Rejected: The part is not acceptable.
- Click Continue. The Manage Production Part Approval page is displayed.
