Defining the search criteria for Premium Freight Authorization

Use the View Premium Freight page to specify the search criteria for the Premium Freight Authorizations (PFAs) to be displayed on the Premium Freight Authorizations page.

  1. Select Premium Freight > View PFAs. The View Premium Freight Search Criteria page is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Facility
    The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised.
    Ship To
    The location to which the parts are shipped.
    Part
    The customer defined code of the part.
    Required Date Start/ Required Date End
    The date range for the search criteria. The PFA for which the Date Required is in the specified date range, is displayed
  3. Click Submit. The Premium Freight Authorizations page is displayed.
