Defining the search criteria for Shipment Tracking Console

Use Shipment Tracking Console page to specify the search criteria for the shipments to be displayed on the Shipment Tracking Console page.

  1. Select Shipments > Global Track & Trace. The Shipment Tracking Console Search Criteria page is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Ship From
    The location from where the parts are shipped.
    Facility
    The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised.
    Ship To
    The location to which the parts are shipped.
    Status
    The status of the shipment. Possible values:
    • Early
    • Late
    • On-time
    ASN
    The advance ship notice (ASN) related to the shipment.
    Part
    The customer defined code of the part.
    Include Completed Shipments
    If this check box is selected, the shipments delivered to the Ship To are displayed.
    Ship Start Date
    The date from which the shipments sent is displayed.
    Ship End Date
    The date up to which the shipments sent is displayed.
  3. Click Continue. The Shipment Tracking Console page is displayed.
