Global track and trace

Global track and trace (GTT) helps in tracking long-distance shipments from the ship from location to the customer's ship to location through significant checkpoints.

The GTT functionality includes the Shipment Tracking Console that displays the shipment status and estimated delivery dates for long-distance shipments. You can review the specific shipment details to verify the checkpoints and the delivery date. The estimated and actual arrival dates for these checkpoints are received from shipment managers which helps determine an estimated delivery date of the shipment at the ship to location.
