Problem reporting events

This section provides information about the events that are displayed on the Problem Reporting tab in the Event Management Console page. The events include:

• DPRs with Response to Be Reviewed: The number of Delivery Performance Reviews (DPRs), for which the customer has neither accepted nor rejected the response, is displayed.
• DPRs Response Past Due: The number of DPRs, for which the current date has exceeded the response due date, is displayed.
• DPRs Rejected: The number of DPRs, for which the customer has rejected the corrective action, is displayed.
• DMNs with Containment Response Past Due: The number of Defective Material Notices (DMNs), for which the current date has exceeded the response due date to send the containment action, is displayed.
• DMNs with Corrective Response Past Due: The number of DMNs, for which the current date has exceeded the response due date to send the corrective action, is displayed.
• DMNs with Containment Response Rejected: The number of DMNs, for which the customer has rejected the containment action, is displayed.
• DMNs with Corrective Response Rejected: The number of DMNs, for which the customer has rejected the corrective action, is displayed.
• PPAPs Published: The number of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) published on the current date is displayed.
• DMNs with Required Containment Response: The number of DMNs, for which a containment response must be sent, is displayed.
• DMNs with Required Corrective Response: The number of DMNs for which a corrective response must be sent is displayed.
• DPRs with Required Response: The number of DPRs, for which a corrective response must be sent, is displayed.
