Trading partners

The data can be transferred to and from Supplier Exchange in the XML, CSV, EDIFACT/Odette, X12, and VDA formats. Supplier Exchange processes these transactions without the requirement of a third party translator.

You must add at least one trading partner record to communicate using the EDIFACT, Odette, X12 or VDA file formats. You can create additional records for the combination of the facility, Ship To and Document Type (transaction). To communicate in these formats, the file format in the document profile must be selected appropriately and trading partner details must be specified.
