Request For Quotation events

This section provides information about the events that are displayed on the RFQ tab on the Event Management Console page. The events include:

• RFQ is created by Buyer: The number of Request for Quotations (RFQs) with the status Open is displayed.
• Buyer Propose Change: The number of RFQs for which the customer has proposed the modifications is displayed.
• RFQ is Cancelled by Buyer: The number of RFQs that are cancelled by the customer is displayed.
• Buyer Answers: The number of RFQs for which the customer has sent a response to the query is displayed.
• RFQ Near Expiry: The number of RFQs that are closer to the expiry date is displayed.
• Business is awarded: The number of RFQs for which the customer has selected the submitted quote/bid is displayed.
• Supplier lost the bid /not qualified: The number of RFQs for which the submitted bid is not selected by the customer is displayed.
• RFQ /Bid converted to PO: The number of RFQs that are converted to purchase order is displayed.
• Supplier submits lowest Bid (in case of Reverse Auction): The number of RFQs for which the bid submitted is the lowest compared to bids from other suppliers is displayed.
• RFQ Expiry: The number of RFQs that are expired is displayed.
