Communications File List
Use this page to review the list of communication files associated with the selected customer. The information such as the file type, status and file size are displayed.
Review this information in the File List section based on the search criteria specified.
- Customer or Supplier or Customer/Van Name
- The name of the supplier or customer.
- Type
- The document type that is imported or exported.
- Status
- The status of the file. Possible values:
- Success
- Failed
- Success With Errors
- Creation Date
- The date on which the file processing started.
- Stage
- The file processing stage of the document that is imported or exported.
- Original Filename/Internal Filename
- The original name/application generated name of the file.
- File Size (kB)
- The size of the document that is imported or exported.
You can use the option to review the details of the file that is imported or exported. The File Status Detail page is displayed.
