Adding Kanban parts

  1. Select Kanban > Define Parts.
  2. Select the search criteria.
  3. Click Search.
  4. Click Add.
  5. Complete the Part Detail table.
  6. Complete the Signal Initialization table.
  7. Click Submit.
    • If the number of signals initialized is less than the pull loop size entered, a verification message displays. Click OK to generate the pull signals or Cancel to re-specify the signals in the Signal Initialization table.
    • If the number of initialized signals is greater than the pull loop size, a message displays. Click OK and re-specify the signals in the Signal Initialization table. If the signals are set up correctly, the part record is created and the Part List page displays with the added information and the verification message.
