Viewing PPM summaries

The Parts Per Million (PPM) summary displays a list of shipments and their defects based on your search.

  1. Select PPM > View Summary.
  2. Use the fields to refine the search and click Continue.
  3. From the summary list, you can drill down to the receiving history or the defect history for a specific part. In the Total Received column, click the received number hyperlink to display the Receiving History page or in the Total Defects column, click the defects number to display the Defect History page.
