Request For Quotation events

This section provides information about the events related to the Request for Quotations (RFQs)

Event Name	Event Description
RFQ is created by Buyer	The number of RFQs with the status Open is displayed.
Buyer Propose Change	The number of RFQs, for which you have proposed the modifications, is displayed.
RFQ is Cancelled by Buyer	The number of RFQs that are cancelled by you, is displayed.
Buyer Answers	The number of RFQs, for which you have sent a response to the query, is displayed.
RFQ Near Expiry	The number of RFQs that are closer to the expiry date is displayed.
Business is awarded	The number of RFQs, for which the submitted quote/bid is selected, is displayed.
Supplier lost the bid /not qualified	The number of RFQs, for which the submitted bid is not selected, is displayed.
RFQ /Bid converted to PO	The number of RFQs that are converted to purchase order, is displayed.
Supplier submits lowest Bid (in case of Reverse Auction)	The number of RFQs, for which the bid submitted is the lowest compared to bids from other suppliers, is displayed.
RFQ Expiry	The number of RFQs that are expired is displayed.
