Defining the search criteria for Parts Per Million Defect History

Use this page to define the search criteria, to view the discrepancies of the parts received by the customer during a specified period.

  1. Select Parts Per Million > Defect History.
  2. Specify this information:
    Supplier
    The name of the supplier responsible for supplying the part.
    Facility
    The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised.
    Part Number
    The code of the part.
    Ship To
    The name of the location at which the parts are shipped.
    Ship From
    The name of the location from where the parts are shipped.
    Receipt Start Date
    The date from which the receipt corresponding to the shipment with discrepancy in the quantity of the part received, is displayed.
    Receipt End Date
    The date up to which the receipt corresponding to the shipment with discrepancy in the quantity of the part received, is displayed.
    Sort By
    The value based on which the data is sorted. Possible values:
    • Part Number
    • Supplier
  3. Click Continue. The Defect History page is displayed.
