Customizing Onboarding Instructions

Use this page to create or modify the instructions that are displayed for the Vendor during the Onboarding process.

  1. Select Supplier Onboarding > Onboarding Setup. The Onboarding Setup page is displayed.
  2. Select Custom Instructions in the General settings section. The Onboarding Custom Instructions page is displayed.
  3. Select Custom Instructions check box. This enables to customize instructions.
  4. Use these text boxes to specify the customized Instructions for the Onboarding messages:
    • Terms & Conditions
    • Company Information
    • Contacts
    • Category Selection
    • Banking Information
    • Sites
    • Certificates
    • Agreements
    • Surveys
    • Submit Application
  5. Click Save or Return.
