Onboarding Application

You must follow this process to approve the received vendor or supplier onboarding applications:

1. Surveys approval : The surveys completed by the supplier as part of the onboarding process are evaluated by the users who are responsible for approving the surveys.
   Note: You can only view the application on the Application Approval Workbench page after all the surveys linked to the onboarding application are evaluated.
2. Sites approval : The site details are not mandatory to approve.
3. Approval of the application: The application must be signed off by all the approval groups on the Approval Setup page. The final application approval is done only by the approval groups who have Approver privilege.
